Gabriel Prewitt, L.Ac and Lyndsay Posey, L.Ac are a husband and wife acupuncturist and herbalist team that opened Willamette Acupuncture & Wellness in 2011. They completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Oregon and hold Masters degrees in Traditional Chinese Medicine from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. In 2011 they completed post-graduate training in China at the Beijing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. During their internship in China they studied with physicians specializing in neurological disorders and learned the latest techniques in the field of pain management.
Gabe focuses his practice on the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and pain management, although he is able to treat a wide variety of ailments including neurological disorders, digestive disorders, infertility, immune disorders, side effects from chemo and radiation, women’s health and stress related disorders. He uses his knowledge of acupuncture, gua sha, cupping and herbal medicine to optimize patient health and wellbeing.
During Lyndsay’s four years of graduate study in San Diego, she focused on the treatment of women's health disorders, anxiety and pain management. She specializes in pain management, fertility, menopause, and menstrual disorders, although she has successfully treated a wide range of disorders from digestive problems to insomnia.
Gabe and Lyndsay are committed to sharing the benefits of acupuncture and natural healing with the community. They strongly believe in integrating Eastern and Western approaches to healing and patient education. Empowering each patient with the knowledge of how to maintain optimum health is their priority.
